One of the things I have learned in sales is that you need as many leaders on your team as possible. Not managers, leaders. You need them for all of their contributions, not just revenue. In our time together at SnackNation, Joey was one of those leaders. Beyond his significant revenue contributions, I could always count on him to give me his honest feedback, creative ideas and authentic energy. We know that positive energy and momentum are two things that that can spark a team, especially when things are tough. Joey is one of the people I always knew I could count on for that spark. Whatever that meant at the time - being a cultural force for our company, mentoring other members of the team, or even rolling up his sleeves to prospect a few more accounts to put himself and his team in a better position to be successful. Joey would do it. I look forward to following Joey’s continued success and I am so grateful for our time together at SnackNation.

Joey is a force of nature: He's one of the most magnetic and positive people I've encountered. Joey's success as a sales person is a product of his enthusiasm and his bias for action. He'll make the calls, do the work, and win new business from customers who stay in touch with him long after the sale is completed. He brings that same enthusiasm to organizing team events and building team culture. Top-performing sales person, customer advocate, team captain, culture leader, electrifying lead singer - that's Joey.
