During my time at UNC Chapel Hill, I worked with a group of colleagues to found the UNC Urban Gaming Club, a group of students focused on the idea of forming a tighter student community through organized games and activities not ordinarily given attention by more mainstream groups. Our club was founded on the principals of inclusion and community and we were officially chartered as a club in the Spring semester of the 2014-2015 school year. My responsibilities included organizing and hosting the All Carolina Men's Invitational Choral Festival (ACMICF) in 2014 and 2015. This involved arranging the travel plans of our guest conductors each year. This involved arranging the travel plans of our guest conductors each year. I was also responsible for the organization of over 150 young male singers from high schools across the state for a weekend of choral practice and performance under the direction of Dan Huff, associate professor at UNC and conductor of the UNC Men's Glee Club.In addition, I was the liaison for the guest conductor we would hire for the event, and my responsibilities also included drawing up their schedule, making flight and travel arrangements and keeping his interests in mind during the planning of the event. I also assisted with the planning of the annual Men's Glee Club Winter Tours to Charleston in 2013 and Boston in 2014. This involved organizing travel arrangements for each five-day tour, as well as assigning lodging for over seventy students. Each tour also included a minimum of five performances along the way, where I helped to scout performance space. I assisted with various administrative duties for the club and acted as a leader within the group.
