Publish the United Tribes Technical College (UTTC) course schedule in collaboration with other UTTC offices.2. Responsible for notifying students, other offices (Admission, Financial Aid) of student progress including suspension and probation.3. Prepare and maintain accurate transcripts and hold the official College seal.4. Responsible for verifying student enrollment for other agencies such as NSLDS, U.S. probation/parole offices, housing authority, employers, National Junior College Athletics Association and others, per college policy.5. Serves on institutional committees as required.6. Provides an evaluation of transfer of credits for students in accordance with college policies.7. Responsible for submitting a yearly budget for the registrar’s office.8. Serves on the catalog committee and edits the catalog thoroughly for accuracy.9. Implements academic policies related to the Registrar’s office.10. Process end of term grades and published grade reports for students, advisors, and department heads.11. Determines academic eligibility for intercollegiate athletics.12. Manages the Registration module of the Jenzabar system, verifying the accurate entry of all items, including: course schedules, grades and other student data.13. Coordinates the preparation of graduation audits.14. Ensures the completion of accurate institutional reports as assigned.15. Provides transcripts for students, both past and present per UTTC policy.16. Consults with other colleges on the transfer-ability of credits.17. Provides institutional leadership and training on the implementation of FERPA regulations.18. Manages document storage and record retention for student academic record archives.19.
