I learned how to quickly memorize the hundreds of products we sold in order to be able to cater to every guest and find their desired product. I managed thousands of dollars in daily transactions and properly reported those numbers to upper-management. I gained the valuable skill of being able to up-sell and cross-sell products to guests.
