Joe and I started at Sprint at the same time. Myself fresh out of college, while he had some previous experience from Verizon. He may have been new but he still took time to help me learn. Not to mention I have observed one of the most creative methods of setting appointments come from him that I've ever seen in my life. The point is Joe is a stand-up guy and a pleasure to work with. You could never go wrong partnering with this man or having him on your team.
