Joe and I have worked together during a integral part of Nike's retail expansion in Bucktown of Chicago. The hiring process was a bit more intense than usual with the opportunity to start up a brand new store with a brand new identify. Most employees that were brought on were new and some were former employees. One of those vets was Joe. Although Joe, is a man of few words, his get it done attitude and relentless work ethic shows the qualities of leadership that any employer would love to have.
