Tijdens een interne training van twee maanden wordt een mix van hard en soft skills behandeld, met daarbij nadruk op praktijk ervaring. Hard skills bestaan onder andere uit Java, SQL, TMap Suite, ITIL en Scrum training. Terwijl soft skills zich vooral richten op persoonlijke ontwikkeling en effectiviteit.
