Responsibilities: • Developing and championing the product strategy of tokenization solutions from day one, initially in a lean startup fashion with minimal resources and growing it into a more mature solution as Sygnum received its banking license and the team grew • Design and implementation of the Swiss Franc tokenization solution (DCHF) including legal research, creation of mockups, UI / UX design, technical solution design (front-end and back-end), setup of QA and testing processes and documentation • Hands-on agile project management of a joint team internal and external developers to deliver the highly complex solution to highest quality standards • Vendor selection and due diligence of external development partner including contract negotiation as well as ongoing relationship management • Managing and mentoring junior product managers in the team as well as taking part in recruitment efforts and interviewing of new candidates • Organizing and leading several offsite week-long hackathons to share knowledge in the team and to prototype new product ideas and concepts in the area of Tokenization • Internal stakeholder management ensuring that the developed solution fulfilled all the requirements from various stakeholders including compliance, risk, operations, legal and sales Show less
