Given that Joelle and I work at the same McDonald's restaurant, I have had the opportunity to work with her countless times. I can say with certainty that she is a model employee. McDonalds may be a fast food restaurant but we are definitely in the people business and Joelle has mastered the skills of customer service, leadership and coaching, and problem resolution. She is a natural leader and motivates her fellow crew members to perform at their best. Great job Joelle, and keep up the good work!

I started with Ticketmaster back in 2013 during the PanAm and ParaPan games as a Ticket Seller. As a Ticket Seller I was required to maintain a high level of customer service by engaging with customers and providing them solutions. Since then, I've remained a box office ticket seller at local Toronto theatre venues working for events like Toronto Film Festival. I've also worked box office for large music festivals such as VELD. Recently, I was promoted to Box Office supervisor and I'm looking forward to growing with the company. Throughout my experience at Ticketmaster I've gained stronger communication skills, organization skills, a positive and proactive approach to the ticketing industry.
