I worked with multiple higher education institutions, helping to implement a revolutionary, award winning, student management system. I focussed on user experience and accessibility through the development of a UX process at the company both in the UK and Australia. A large part of my role was designing easy to use, accessible products, balancing the understanding of user needs and technical challenges to create useful systems that could be delivered to universities across the world. Shopfloor Assistant
-
Aug 2014 - Jul 2017
• Working shifts and having to make sure that I arrive before my shift starting time and making sure that I’m always punctual. • Working in a team to make sure that the large shop floor is kept tidy and that the layout is all kept to brief. • Working independently to re-brief areas and making sure that stock is out as soon as possible. • Communicating with the general public and attempting to resolve any problems that they may have. • Being flexible enough to work in different sections of the shop when different departments are busy. This includes making sure that I know what’s needed of me in different areas and getting on with the task in-hand as quickly as possible.
