End-to-end UX & UI design of a disaster risk governance mobile application. I set up the roadmap and tools for the UX design process (inspired by the Scrum framework). In collaboration with a UX designer, product designer, and the development team, I define the product, coordinate and provide UX research and analysis, create personas and flows, design wireframes, verify our efforts and prototype the MVP of the app. I also create the design system and build the pixel-perfect UI of the app. Finally, I support the developers with the implementation of the designs. The goal of this app is to empower information availability and cooperation among communities through participatory mapping. This is meant to increase the presence of independent local agents who are focussing their efforts on urgent needs, especially in times of disaster, but starting with the simplification and removal of barriers to collaboration and pro-social behavior in everyday life. Beyond focussing our efforts on great UX design, the stakeholders place a strong emphasis on accessibility. Show less

UX design and research work as part of the agile (Scrum) product team of BookerZzz, which maintains two e-commerce websites for travel and vacation accommodation. I worked closely with the CRO team (within P&D) during one development cycle. In collaboration with this team, I provided UX research, user data analysis & interpretation, ideation (based on cognitive psychology), sketches & designs, and consulting in the form of expert reviews. We were able to verify improvements to the UX, as well as successful CRO of multiple of my designs through A/B testing. Show less
