As the Product Owner for the Standard POS product at Extenda I had a lot of responsibilities and assignments. The biggest challenges were to to prioritize the Product Backlog which included the standard development tasks for all the big customers that Extenda has, as Auchan, H&M, ICA, Axfood, KappAhl, Systembolaget, Apoteket and so on. The backlog also consisted of localization tasks and updates on these to become legally compliant in all the countries that Extenda is active in (35+ countries). Responsibilities: - The POS product backlog, which included making sure that it is clear, visible and fulfills the Definition of Ready with as high quality as possible. - Communicating with different teams about the prioritization and what the team is currently working on. - Communicating to the team what is expected to be delivered on the upcoming sprints. While having the role I also became a CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) issued by the Scrum Alliance and got an Extenda Values award for my work as internal Onboarding and team work Show less

As the Scrum Master for the Standard POS team in Extenda I was responsible to guiding and coaching the team to use Agile/Scrum practices. As well as help the team to become self-organizing and cross-functional and always be able to fulfill.the Definition of Done in the most efficient way possible.The role required a lot of freestyle and adjustment to find the right way for the team.
