As Work Center Supervisor of Quality Assurance, I am responsible for all Squadron Self-Assessments, Personnel Evaluations, Equipment Evaluations (PMIs), Statement of Work Reviews (SOW), Local Work Card Validations, Technical Order Distribution, Electrostatic Discharge and Corrosion Control Programs. All of these functions aim to identify and correct deficiencies using Root Cause and Trend Analysis. I also develop, plan and execute exercises involving physical security (insider threat, active shooter, social engineering, hazardous conditions in the data center), Network security and user training (continuity of operations, disaster recovery, phishing, malicious logic reporting and mitigation) for over 4000 users in the organization. During this time, I have been recognized by the Inspector General, Pacific Air Forces, as a Superior Performer for excellence in social engineering and virus reporting exercises and evaluations of the Air Force Base, to which I am stationed.
