After working on the Peacocks brand for several months I was given the opportunity to move over to another brand within the group, to provide a branch merchandising function to all stores for Jane Norman International. Jane Norman has a small UK offering and a large international presence with 100+ stores globally. I am tasked with achieving sales budgets by store, by ensuring the right product offering is in place within each store. Utilising a team of two stock allocators and 3 international area managers, personal KPIs include achieving store sales targets by channel, and ensuring that monthly fulfillment agreements with franchise partners are met. This role also encompassed building a store planning process to ensure all stores have the right stock investment based on store size and kit within each store. From this store more accurate budgets by product type were able to be built.
