Provide feedback regarding process improvements and assist Human Resources Director in creating standard operating procedures. Manage payroll, which includes editing time cards and accruals, entering deductions for benefits, reimbursements for various reasons, discretionary bonuses, garnishments, and working with the finance department to process payroll. Oversee benefits administration, including but not limited to, negotiations of benefit contracts, manage open enrollment process, and oversee reconciliations for 403(b) retirement plan.
