M.Sc. candidate in Aquatic and Terrestrial Ecology program.Thesis Title: “Life-History Trade-offs in Northern Leopard Frog (Lithobates [Rana] pipiens) Tadpoles: Interactions of Trace Metals, Temperature, and Ranavirus.”.My undergraduate and graduate researches are both centered around researching the ecological effects of rehabilitated tailings wetlands on the herpetofaunal populations situated within the property of Sudbury INO - A Glencore Company (formely Xstrata Nickel).Presently my research is focused around Ecotoxicology, where I investigated the impact of Cu2+ and Ni2+ trace metals on the immune system and susceptibility to the ranavirus of leopard frog tadpole (Lithobates pipiens) within metal-stressed systems.
