I have had the opportunity to work closely with Joel over the last year and have found him to be one of the most competent Software Quality Professional I've met (and that number is way up in the 100's). He has an unually strong mix of technical, social, and managerial talent not found in his field. I have found him to be open minded, cooperative, detail oriented, collaborative, witty, and highly productive in his role. He is a huge asset to his organization.

Joel is an articulate Engineer who has an infectious sense of humor while keeping his priorities straight. I learned much about the fundamentals of Quality from Joel, and it was even fun. I highly recommend him because of his common sense, dedication to excellence, and ability to communicate in a team context.
