  Special assignment conscriptAfter my reserve officer course ended my service consists of working in the Finland ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning) partnership center,where we promoted and developed e-learning in FDF. My duties included the following:-Overseeing that the technical support (helpdesk) of the education portal (PVMoodle), developing the system and finding new ways of learning with a team of conscripts.-Developing a mobile game/application to help new conscripts with their recruit training.-Coordinating the project management of the application development. (Scrum, documentation)-Promotional tour throughout FDF units of Finland, where I was doing presentations to FDF personnel how they can use e-learning as an efficient tool of trade for training.- Leading the team and training, reporting to the upper management.
