  Contracted in a company specializing in providing manufacturing solutions for defect avoidance, quality control systems, analysis and traceability for major automotive companies. • Involved in one of the product areas of the company, InspeXion, a windows-based environment that provides real-time signature analysis and quality traceability for vehicle engine manufacturing defects. • Built a PID controller simulation software based on advanced C++ programming techniques for InspeXion. • Implemented software contained a multithreaded process and an highly accurate timer for controlling a valve position of an automotive component from the Ford engine lineup. • Designed a Proportional-Integrator-Derivative (PID) and an H-Bridge motor controller software code for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve on a V6 engine for the client. • Collaborated with the senior software engineering team, debugged and tested software applications

  Involved in a flight simulator project, SIDFreD, and exercised my proficiency in software development and mechanical engineering design utilizing analytical and design skills and developed software in C++. • Designed software had ability to input data in pitch roll and sway directions and could navigate simulator through trajectory path. • Eliminated need for an occupant to operate the flight simulator and was able to control the flight simulator from a computer workstation. • Analyzed and interpreted information from data to improve efficiency in performing human factors and bench marking tests on the flight simulator. • Collaborated with project team in further enhancing the software capabilities and made recommendations for expansion. • Gave formal presentations and reports to professors and industrial engineers.
