  *Teach 15 credit/contact hours each semester while demonstrating teaching effectiveness through instructional design, instructional delivery, content expertise, and course management. *Work collaboratively with the course coordinator and other course instructors to assure that all courses have measurable student learning outcomes that use a common assessment tool. *Maintain a minimum of 10 office hours per week to assure access to students and colleagues. *Report students for “No Show” and “Stopped Attending” by the specified date and time. *Participate in faculty meetings and decision making opportunities. *Demonstrate collegial and professional behavior and represent the college in a positive manner. *Share in the duties and responsibilities of the college and division by actively participating in the following committees: Transfer Taskforce, Physical Therapist Assistant Admissions, Social Media, Ad Hoc Transfer Promotion, Division Program Development, Division Safety Committee, and Ad Hoc Teaching & Learning. *Serve as Mu Alpha Theta Sponsor and WKCTC Campus Ministry Sponsor. *Serve on the following Campus Committees: Transfer Taskforce, Physical Therapist Assistant Admissions, and Social Media. *Serve on the following Science & Math Division Committees: Ad Hoc Transfer Promotion, Division Program Development, Division Safety Committee, and Ad Hoc Teaching & Learning.
