Key Objectives: Rationalize the NYC RE portfolio & consolidate all employees from 7 buildings to 1 headquarters facility Reduce costs through operational and space efficiency Foster collaboration through technology & an innovative workplace design Studied and identified viable locations to facilitate key objectives leading to the new development at Hudson Yards Specific Responsibilities: Managed an independent interior fit-out program internal to Warner Media including the following major program requirements: o A new open workplace strategy utilizing space standards & a “kit of parts” enabling greater collaboration with a variety of space types for over 4800 seats o Studio & broadcast facilities for both HBO/CNN o High capacity screening rooms with a conference center/executive dining o Full amenities program including a Bistro, fitness, wellness & physical therapy facilities o A digital CMS throughout the facility Partnered with developer for core & shell design and construction in tandem with the interior design program Coordinated with internal sourcing to assemble a consultant team of hundreds of professionals for design & execution Assembled & chaired a senior level steering committee to report out and obtain high level decisions for Hudson Yards Created a PM delivery platform & controls for budget, schedule & quality of product in concert with the internal finance & auditing team Coordinated with internal technology & broadcast engineers to design and facilitate the new facilities Principal relationship manager to fully develop & syndicate a new workplace standard Coordinated & negotiated construction contracts to execute all interiors fit-out for 1.43 MRSF Executed a 3 month migration plan to consolidate at Hudson Yards completed in May of 2019 Show less
