The responsibilities consist on monitoring and maintain the Distributed Control System (DCS) in optimal condition and ensure the excellent operation. Develop and implement control logics to improve the process and equipment protections.Create and configure new I/O point, wire and troubleshoot instrumentation, support maintenance activities and execute control system regulatory test for regulatory agencies.I was the leader of the evergreen program, I upgrade the following equipment from WDPF to Ovation I/O: controllers, I/O cards, cabinets, workstations, servers, switches, software and cybersecurity software. I was trained (OV100, OV200 and OV210).I was trained by SEL University, course PROT401 to have the basic knowledge on electrical protective device and how to analyze the failures. Knowledge using ACSelerator software, ENOSERV software, Test Universe Software and OMICRON testing device.In 2021 EcoElectrica add a new facility TLF (Truck Unloading Facility) and I was the control system engineer that lead this project and merge the external control system (PLC) with Ovation. I obtained a yellow belt in RCM (Reliability Centered in Maintenance) Certification. As part of my responsibilities I develop new strategies to improve and monitor the maintenance performance.One achievements in my position was, introduce the reliability culture in the facility providing tools to monitor assets (RCM) and reducing the preventive & corrective maintenance, implementing different technologies like: Ultrasound, Thermography, Motor Testing, Infrared & CBM (Condition Based Maintenance).I create and implemented a new Work Permit module for the facility that attach every action taken to theCMMS linking the permits to the work orders. I implemented a calibration module in the CMMS providing more efficiency in the I&C department.Experience creating inventory for assets(max and min) . I create a tool to reduce maintenance departments work orders backlog.Implementation of digital checklist for work orders to have better documentation and orders follow up.I worked with ISO 50001 and the implementation requirements for the facility.Knowledge with the Power Plant, LNG and Water Treatment operation process, ISO/OSHA regulations,NEC, EPA, FERC. I got knowledge with the CMMS, creating preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.Experience scheduling and planning work order for the different departments (electrical, instrumentationand mechanical).I developed and implemented the CMMS on mobile devices reducing the documentation time andimproving the execution time of the employees.
