My predominant skill set being security focused I mainly provide support for security issues and appliances such as Cisco ASA/FTD and Cisco ISE though I have a strong foundation in routing, switching and wireless technologies. I am also regularly involved in project work ranging from involvement in a design capacity and pre-configuration of equipment, to attending customer sites to install/replace network equipment ranging from switches and routers to firewalls and wireless solutions. As a member of the NOC team I also provide internal support for MLRs infrastructure maintaining the HQ and datacentre networks including the virtual desktop infrastructure. I also implemented and maintain the company PKI and I also maintain the AD environment though mostly in an administrative capacity. This involved me driving a van with a boom lift to various locations around the industrial estate and installing the cameras at height on lamposts. - Configuring and installing wireless point-to-point bridge links via 802.11ac to span miles across the North West region providing high speed internet to businesses. I would configure and install the wireless dishes on lamposts using a boom lift. With 2 dishes per lampost they acted as wireless repeaters to provide internet access from OneTeks HQ to various locations across Winsford, Middlewich, and Northwich - Configuring and installing SIP telephony systems
