Joe and I were both leads on a large and complex multi-national project. He was the software lead of about 20 people, and we worked very closely together on a day by day basis. Joe's ability to track a large number of details and requirements enabled the project to stay on track throughout the 12+ months of intermediate and final releases. He shuffled the software resources when necessary to make sure that there were enough developers available for the immediate needs as well keeping his eye on the next set of demands to minimize any whiplash effects on his team. I heartily recommend him for any senior level software position be it as a contributor or a lead.

Joe was an excellent SW team leader on one of my projects. He demonstrated very good leadership, communication and problem solving skills. He has been a key contributor on several projects that we have worked on together.
