Joe is an astute business person and has been a great source of information, ideas and insight as we worked together to improve our respective Fantastic Sams franchises. I value his opinions and experience. We've shared ideas continuously through the years and I always gain from those exchanges. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a strong business leader or manager.

My main goal is prospecting for community banks and credit unions who are looking to grow their business. Helping those banks and credit unions grow both organically and through new customer/member acquisition. I am looking for those community banks and credit unions that value high touch relationships along with the highest quality of service and products and simplified ordering and pricing. For those individuals who have been in the financial industry for awhile Main Street will remind them of how positive business relationships were long ago. All with a personal touch point.

At Fantastic Sams I acquired a business that was literally hemorrhaging money. Over time I turned that around to profitability by being "all in" and closely adhering to the Fantastic Sams Operating System. Since acquiring the units I have increased both their total sales and their profitability by working to achieve the goal metrics of the Fantastic Sams Hair Salons operating system. During my time with Fantastic Sams I have also been elected first as Vice President and now President of the Houston Fantastic Sams Advertising Committee Executive Board with responsibilities that include selecting and working with a local advertising agency to deploying both our National and Regional advertising budgets to achieve our strategic marketing and advertising goals. These include creating and executing a tactical marketing and advertising campaign. I recently sold my franchise units to focus on returning to a full time position in an organization where I will use my enhanced skills set to affect positive results.

At Talaris my main goal was to identify how our Teller Cash Dispensers and Teller Cash Recyclers could help financial institutions representatives focus more on customer service and product sales while at the same time managing helping to lower labor costs. One of the highlights of my career was selling a full package to a credit union which was roughly valued at six times the amount of my overall compensation for that year. Hired as an Account representative I was promoted to Senior Account Executive when I left almost fourteen years later. During my tenure at Harland I was able to maintain long term relationships with customers by continually engaging them to find out what exactly their needs were. My goal was not to be a salesman, but more so a solutions provider. In addition to account retention I was able to bring in large amounts of new business. I brought in new business by really again listening prospects' needs and then tailoring whatever solution that Harland had to offer. Throughout my entire career I have always been extremely persistent in both working with on-going customers and bringing new customers in. My sales billing on average was seven to eight times my compensation. However in 2004 I helped to bring new business revenues that surpassed seventeen times my compensation which helped me to be awarded a Rolex watch that year. Working at Harland was a wonderful learning experience that allowed me to meet some very bright individuals.
