As Associate Director of the Practice in Ministry and Mission program I assisted in overseeing the ministry internship process for all MDiv and MA students. I was responsible for coordinating the Intercultural Immersion Program which expanded students cultural learning and preparation for ministry. I directed the Student Pastor Program which served to support seminary students who were appointed as pastors to mostly rural and exurbia churches. As a team member I taught a course in contextual education education focused on students learning the skills for knowing how to analyze their congregations.
