I've always been impressed with Joe as someone who is concerned about customer satisfaction and meeting and exceeding customer expectations. He is the rare manager who knows how to watch the bottom line and maximize the customer experience. He also has a strong and accurate sense of his customers likes and dislikes with respect to the Audi brand. We've been partnering with Joe's to recondition his inventory at Pacific Audi for a couple of years. I've had a chance to observe him interact with customers and I've seen him go the extra mile to maximize CSI. Whether you're looking to buy a car or run your dealership, Joe is someone you should consult.

Joe is a very straight-forward, no nonsense individual who in his interactions with his sales team and client base always comes across as a professional. Joe was one of three managers I reported to and he always took the time to speak with me one on one if I needed assitance with a deal or was having an issue. The one thing that I always kind of dug about Joe was that he was all about the business & doing right by the customer. I learned some things working for him that I use today.
