I am writing this recommendation message to endorse Joe for for all his hard work. I had the pleasure of working with Joe during my job search, and he exceeded all my expectations in his professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness. Joe's attention to detail and organisational skills were impressive. He always made sure that I had all the information I needed to prepare for interviews and helped me to navigate the process seamlessly. He was also very prompt in following up with potential employers and providing feedback after interviews, which demonstrated his commitment to providing excellent service. In addition to his professional demeanor, Joe was also personable and approachable, making me feel comfortable throughout the recruitment process. I've recently been working with Joe on an opportunity, overall a great experience for an old hand like me. I have found him to be diligent, with a fine eye for detail, a great communicator and an individual that installs trust. If you get a call from Joe, respond it will be worth your time.

During COVID, I self taught myself digital marketing and freelanced my services to e-commerce organisations to support them with their marketing endeavours. I specialised in the jewellery market and successfully worked with a number of high end and low end businesses who only had an online presence or a physical shop. A strategically positioned brand has the power to transform a business: how it operates, behaves and communicates: delivering benefits that exceed expectations. We believe that social media has led to a digital-first world, leaving products and services businesses to wonder how to be seen effortlessly with maximum ROI. Our industry recognised, results-based marketing company is the definitive answer for all ambitious business owners. We’re here because we love what we do. It’s our passion, hobby and career. I'd invite you all to connect and get in touch for any of your marketing endeavours.

After leaving the Tesco Express store in Hutton, I worked as a Shift Leader at Chelmsford Tesco 1, supporting and building relationships with the local community. Working as a customer representative I fulfil all the tasks from opening to closing the store, regular stock rotation and stacking shelves. Also, cleaning and refilling the costa machines, counting scratch cards and gaining reports form the lotto machine every night, cleaning the floors, fixing self service tills, using handheld devices to upload newspapers for collections and more. Other responsibilities include; working on the tills helping customers pay for their shopping and serving with a friendly, understanding attitude. Another responsibility of mine was to inspire colleagues to give the best service so customers would leave feedback on their time visiting the store. I successfully managed to do this and our store ratings were up every month I was a shift leader. I enjoyed working part time at Tesco, I have had the flexibility to work on my other educational challenges, whilst gaining some life long skills with an amazing team. The responsibilities i undertake when acting as a manager range from locking and unlocking the store, setting and disabling the alarms, regular till checks, opening and closing tills, using handheld devices for food donations, wastage, daily reviews and managing a team of more than 10 people on every shift.

During the COVID-19 world pandemic I took on some challenging work as a Production Operative in Dagenham Ford's facilities. We were to build and test these ventilators before passing them back to Penlon to send to the NHS to use to save people's lives. Our task was to build something around 10,000 ventilators and each one took around 25+ hours to test alone, we worked on a 3-week shift rotation. In fact, we built around 11,000+ ventilators after a good 2000 were rejects. My job was to test them - there were 14 stages to the testing process and in my time, I only learnt 3 of these stages. I trained 4 newer employees, my name was down first in line for the Group Leader roles, I took part in many group discussions and helped in the process of finding ways of how to make stages of the testing process even more efficient which we did successfully.

Working as a Consultant for FJR was an incredible experience. I learnt from the likes of Neil Owen, a former Executive Managing Director from Robert Half. He and the team of 11 in the London office, at the time, taught me the ropes to Technology Recruitment. Within my first year I'd already accomplished 3 outstanding deals with some major Fintech players. I primarily recruited in the Java Development, QA/Test Engineers and Software Development areas. Unfortunately, my short time with FJR had to come to an end. The coronavirus pandemic has impacted many businesses and sadly the recruitment world took one of the biggest hits, FJR have had to let me and other colleagues go due to company restructuring with the promise of keeping in touch for the near future. As of recent (Jan 2021 now) the company had contacted me offering a variety of positions, from full-time to part time work.
