Current projects include; the close out of (3no.) 2021/22 schemes, ongoing delivery of 3No. 2022/23 projects including the full site refurbishments (Inc. facilities blocks, site wide works, M&E and accommodation units) of major works schemes in Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire circa £2.6m and £2.4m and a £350k project in Sussex as well as feasibility and planning works for upcoming projects in 2023/24 and beyond. Key roles include the management of multiple ongoing projects (nationwide) throughout the project life cycle from inception through to completion, ranging from £100,000 to £3m. Regular activities result in the effective implementation of Project Management, including; preparation and distribution of CAPEX reports to key stakeholders, monitoring works, maintaining costs, managing risks and ensuring health and safety is maintained, chairing monthly site meetings, liaising with external consultants (QS, M&E, Structural Engineer etc.) and contractors, ensuring the framework agreement (JCT) is adhered to, close out, handover files and documentation as well as assisting the Principal Development Manager, Head of Estates and Directors as required. Provide written reports, monthly progress reports and cost estimates as well as providing value for money by ensuring all projects are delivered to the time, cost and quality expected using the standards provided. Ensuring all necessary planning consents, building regulations and legislation are adhered to throughout and to provide expertise and advice as required.
