Management of our schools programme, working with 100s of primary school children on a weekly basis offering sporting opportunities through PE lessons, after school clubs and other extra curricular activities. Leading a group of coaches to help deliver high quality lessons and clubs throughout our programme offering support through session observations, regular CPD & opportunities to enhance knowledge through courses and qualification. Organising schedules and events throughout the programme ranging from school/coach timetables to large sports days and festivals. U16s Head Coach within the elite system, each squad trains twice a week and competes on a weekly basis in the Junior Premier League (JPL) and we also organise regular fixtures against professional clubs throughout the season. Aiming to develop creative individuals who can make good decisions on the pitch and problem solve effectively. Also working in the schools program within the scheme working with children mainly ages 4-16 delivering PPA, extra curricular activities, sports camps and more.
