Joe was probably the most detailed and thorough employee that I have ever had work for me. He was willing to take anything on and would learn whatever he needed to to do it well. Joe came up with some very innovative research to support new commercial programs at PSE. I would not have been as successful as I was at PSE without him there. He is very knowledgeable and he will be an asset to whatever company he works for. It was a pleasure to work with him and I hope to be able to again sometime in the future.
