  As a Senior Project Manager my primary responsibility is to ensure that our client's goals and expectations are fulfilled. In addition to managerial tasks of preparing work plans with hour budgets and schedules, fees are negotiated with consultants. As the project moves ahead, I continually interface with the design team and the client to coordinate the effort, take the lead in resolving project issues and monitor quality. As projects move into construction, I stay with the project and act as a resource both to our CA team and the client. One of the great rewards of my position is to be a part of Architecture from it's inception to it's realization.
