Joe has been absolutely wonderful to work with. No matter what technical challenge the team needed from Joe, he was always capable to deliver. From complex SQL queries, to system architecture, to reverse engineering and simplifying existing systems, he always pulled through for us. In addition, at a critical time during the Christmas season, Joe took the lead in solving all outstanding issues while we were working with an external partner while the team was on vacation. Finally, Joe has proven over and over again that he is quick to code up solutions to a variety of challenges, and his solutions have a level of simplicity informed by years of working with assembly code. Joe will make a great addition to any team that's looking for a strong performer that can tackle a variety of issues.

Joe is one of the best senior engineers I've had the priveldge to work with during my career and I can't recommend him highly enough. I first had the chance to work with him at Qs/1 and then we teamed up again at Medly. As his work history and resume will demonstrate, Joe has a vast amount of experience in the industry. What makes Joe standout however are the intangibles he posseses. He is frequently trusted with the most complex assignments because he can be counted on to get them done. He's a great mentor to junior and mid level engineers alike. He's also a quick study when it comes to expanding his already impressive skill set. There is literally nothing he can't do. Joe's helped architect an API connecting a modern UI with a legacy (ASSEMBLY) application. He's created numerous tools to help engineers become more efficient and his proficiencies and abilities span the stack. Outside of his vast experience and ability, Joe is a great guy. He's got a great attitude and he gets along well with everyone. He's a pleasure to work with and would be a great asset to any team looking for a strong (ROCK STAR) Senior Engineer.
