During my time at TM I oversaw a doubling of the business, both in terms of size and valuation, through a combination of organic growth, the launch of a new proposition to an adjacent market sector, and acquisition. This was achieved along with the establishment of a strong and inclusive internal team culture based on recognising shared successes at all levels, which saw the company ranked as one of the top 40 companies to work for in the UK in 2022. We realised the value in the business for our shareholders when it was sold for £91.5M in July 2021 to Dye & Durham, and then after intervention by the UK Competition & Markets Authority we sold the business again in July 2023 to Aurelius for a consideration of upto £91M.
