I had the pleasure of working with Joe at multiple stops during his career at Wayfair. We collaborated on a SQL project group that supported our business unit in accessing important product data & definition/documentation of best practices during his time as a Site Merchandising associate. He taught himself to a solid working knowledge of that technology, and used his skill frequently to resolve business problems and to teach & advise others. Joe later helped me get up to speed as I followed his move into product management - and I have continuously been impressed by his drive & ability to engage in collaborative problem solving across functions. In addition - Joe is likely the most solid Jets fan I've ever met in New England, a worthy teammate or opponent on the basketball court, and a great colleague.
