This covered the audience experience from entering the building through the box office, leaving the experience through the bar and everything in between. I managed a team of actors, stage managers, front of house staff and bar staff, who were all integral in running, building, improving and maintaining a fully immersive experience for the audience. I also managed budgets and schedules for the maintenance of the experience, which involved managing and liaising with several department heads. As a team, we worked with the client's brief to keep the standard of the production at a top level. Part of the duties also included being a Duty Manager on shift whilst the production ran, which led to me being responsible (at peak times) for a staff of around 70 and an on-site audience of around 400-500 people. I trained them to provide fantastic customer service whilst helping the players through the games with carefully crafted hints that aided the experience without intruding.The experience was sold on Design My Night and since May 2018 over 2000 people have played the game and it has garnered an average review rating of 5 stars.       Worked with a small team of creatives to design a month-long gamified piece of pervasive theatre for 100 audience members. The audience members were encouraged to befriend and complete goals for a sentient AI. Designed and implemented a 30-minute puzzle (escape) game as part of this experience. Audience members were sent to a character's flat and encouraged to make choices, crack codes and collect items to enhance their relationship with the character and build the theatrical narrative.
