  This was a job at a summer camp in America. My job role was Land Sports Director. This would require me to do various things. -Organise lesson plans for 3 months based on age and skill level -Ensure these lesson plans were adhered to in order to improve skill -Maintain and organise all sports and sports equipment over a 3 month period. -Various health and safety checks in order to ensure the children in my lesson would be safe -Strictly stick to time scales -Critique my own lessons in order to improve -Work with a team of 4 to help the whole sports department on camp ran sufficiently over a 3 month period -Maintain a level of enthusiasm in order to help the children enjoy the lesson and develop a skill -Educate the children about the sports and importance of exercise -One to One lessons I stayed in a cabin with 9 children over the summer with 2 other counsellors. In this cabin I would have to resolve conflicts between the children. Maintain a clean cabin. Ensure the children enjoyed the session. Come up with various activities to keep them busy.
