  Gulf Coast Asphalt Company, LLC is a midstream energy company focusing on the commodity trade and processing of heavy crude products with a focus on the "bottom of the barrel" materials. Historically, Gulf Coast Asphalt Company has owned and operated numerous multi modal products terminals. As VP, my team negotiated and executed numerous terminaling service agreements with small, midsize, and major energy companies. We built profitable and diversified MLP quality assets with excellent credit lease counter-parties across a wide range of hydrocarbon based products. Based in Mobile, AL on the Mobile River our customers were able to reach US inland and gulf industrial and trading markets via barge/ship/truck/rail to maximize value for their blend stocks and finished products. Upon achieving a critical mass, and after having built out the bulk of its marine property with first class tenants, GCAC sold its terminal assets in 2013.   Halcorp Inc was a marine asphalt storage facility that marketed liquid asphalt to contractors in the Florida Panhandle. As EVP I acquired and refurbished a hurricane damaged marine asphalt terminal in Pensacola Florida on leased city property with an expiring lease. I successfully negotiated and closed multiple land lease extensions through a divided city council which enabled continued operations for 4 years beyond the base case business plan. Halcorp exceeded base case expectations for asphalt rack sales volume through each year of operation by developing and executing on an aggressive marketing strategy.
