Spearhead the full-scale execution of diverse projects, with accountability for site safety, resource utilization, contract and cost administration, and team development. Delegate responsibilities to field personnel and hold individuals accountable for completing work in line with quality and safety expectations. Serve as field Slurry Specialist, D6 Bulldozer Operator, Excavation Operator, and Bentonite Slurry Mix Plant Operator. Coordinate setup of mix plants and equipment, including long-stick excavators and bulldozer. Facilitate safety meetings and initiatives to ensure excellent project results. Bethune Mine – Saskatchewan, Canada (Current)• Uphold a committed safety culture aligned with Incident Injury Free principles throughout the project. • Supervise and lead production team of 35 employees to complete soil and cement bentonite cut off walls. Equinox Gold Hardrock Project – Ontario, Canada (2022)• Directed construction of deep soil mixing cutoff wall with area of 70,000 sq. ft., length of 2,400 feet, and depth of 40 feet. • Navigated major challenges during installation, including scope of work changing due to unstable ground conditions. C-43 West Basin Reservoir – South Florida Water Management (2021 – 2022)• Managed construction of a soil bentonite cutoff wall for the Caloosahatchee River Basin Storage Reservoir. • Completed project with massive size and dimensions—4 million+ sq. ft. area, 168,000 ft. length, and 70 ft. depth. Hartford Levee Improvement – US Army Corps of Engineers (2021 – 2022)• Managed the construction of a cement bentonite cutoff wall, 42,000 sq. ft. area, 1,300 ft. length.• Provided critical support for the levee improvements to enhance flood protection and control water flow.
