I've known Joe his entire life, from the moment he showed up and took the only-child title away from me. The first decade or so was challenging, but in growing through our first jobs together, to operating businesses, and creating many opportunities for others along the way, we have managed to push and inspire each other to do big things. Joe is an excellent leader. He has an incredible ability to connect with people. It's a natural talent that inspires others and builds them up to achieve their own greatness. His compassion for others helps drive his business dealings. You won't find anyone who leads with their heart and has a better ethical compass than Joe. He'll always stand up for what is right and make sure that everyone is heard. He is also one of the most diligent people I know when it comes to commitment. He will stick to his word and make happen what was promised each and every time. We were lucky enough to work together for many years in growing several different operations. We co-wrote many business plans and helped coach others to meet their success along the way.
