I attended Sinclair Broadcast Group's Sinclair U training program as a fresh college graduate. Joe Koff gave me the best possible training to start me off in the broadcast television industry, and that foundation served me very well in the years to come. He has a true passion for the sales profession, and this enthusiasm is contagious when he's training people. Joe is an excellent teacher and mentor, to be sure, but that's not even his best characteristic. He is better at keeping in touch with people from throughout his career than anyone I've ever met, and you always get the sense that he genuinely cares about you and wants you to succeed. Beyond just the training program, Joe provided a support system while I was working for Sinclair, and I know that even now that I've moved to a different company, he would help me in a heartbeat if given the opportunity. I can't recommend Joe enough - he's simply fantastic.
