No days are the same. In the summer our main priorities are ensuring the condo's landscapes are up to par. After our main obligations are met. I have gotten experience in dropping trees, breaking tar and loading it, operating equipment, painting, patios, and much more. I enjoy working the early mornings from 6-4 and have truly learned what hard work is from this job No days are the same. I was extremely lucky to be working my first job at Harvey Tool. I got exposure to this opportunity from an already existing employee. Working at this company gave me exposure and experience that many people would not have gotten working a typical first job at the local grocery store or pizza shop. At Harvey Tool, my title was fulfillment operations. I was in charge of seven different stations to find the product and ship it to the customer. During my two years, I worked closely with the sales representatives to fix errors in the order. I strengthened my empathy skills when helping new employees with tips and tricks to make their job easier. I devolved my team work and communication skills, working with dozens of co-workers. I built my work ethic having worked there over two out of my four years of high school. Show less
