I've worked with Joe for a number of years. He is a quick thinker and problem solver. He has great clinical experience as an RN and a supervisor. I've seen Joe pitch in to help all members of the health care team for the sake of patients. He is very supportive of staff by teaching and providing guidance. Any hospital would be lucky to have him on staff

Ed Chiarelli

I worked closely with Joe on some performance improvement projects and I would say that Joe is very detail oriented and has a great feel for the operations from not only the nursing aspect but also for the operations of the hospital as a whole. We also worked daily to solve any nursing and radiology issues with great outcomes.
