Joe is a measured and deeply intelligent strategist with a palpable curiosity for finding the right answer to any challenge, but one of his most notable qualities is his openness. Joe has no problem with being wrong (a strength both in strategy and character), he actively pursues new perspectives and angles which means he learns at a staggering rate, and his natural empathy and collaboration builds very sturdy bridges. He's a very good manager. He also really loves guitars. I'd have no problem recommending Joe.
