Joe trained me to be an instructor at Electronics Technician "A" school. While I worked with him he was a subject matter expert on both classroom administration and the contents of the course (basic electronics theory in regards to radios and radars in common use by the Navy). Joe was an extremely professional worker with a strong desire to educate young Sailors. His positive attitude encouraged his students to work harder. His presence in the Navy is sorely missed!
