  Shift Manager for the Johnson Brothers Contract based in DHL Oak Road with 50 employees across the two shifts. Overseeing the receipt, storage and dispatch of up to 6000 pallets and over 1800 sku's, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction is attained as per the company SLA with the customer. Dealing directly with the customer on a one to one basis and as part of a team, we strive to ensure all quality and H&S requirements are met. Involved in all personnel issues as per company HR rules and standards and ensuring full training requirements are met for all employees. I am also the Contract Manager for the Brown Thomas contract based on Oak Road. With 50+ employees on site employed by three different factions, BT direct, DHL and agency staff, I am charged with ensuring recruitment levels and customer satisfaction are attained. Brown Thomas is a hybrid model 3PL contract, controlled by the customer but the employee issues are dealt with by DHL. I was then promoted up to the role of Operations Manager. During this time I oversaw the smooth transisition of two terminal contracts with the aid of the site General Manager, Mondelez and Reckett Benkiser. As the Operations Manager, I oversaw the remainder of the warehouse that includes contracts such as Johnson Brothers, Brown Thomas, Mondelez, BAT (British American Tobacco), Unilever, Swirls, JDE (coffee), Mater Private Hospital, GS Medical and Ocean Healthcare, with staffing levels of up to 150 employees.
