  1996-2005: After successful sales, I was promoted to Sales Management, responsible for recruiting, training and professionally developing an inside-sales team, in a fast-paced, high-growth call center environment. In 2002, I launched the Assisted Living Division with the additional responsibilities of developing a divisional marketing and strategic business plan. This pioneered Direct Supply into a more visible era by actively participating in local and national trade shows as well as state level involvement with the professional assisted living associations for the first time.2005-2008: Strategic and consultative selling to senior and C-level customers. I drove healthcare equipment and supply sales by designing and signing contractual programs to large, skilled nursing home chains in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. Known for increasing sales and recognized as a National Account Elite Performer.2008-2011: As part of the Corporate Marketing Team, I was aTrainer for DSSI, a division of Direct Supply Inc. Using a variety of in-person and web style training techniques, I developed and conducted comprehensive training programs for existing and prospective, external customers who had an interest in using the DSSI e-commerce purchasing and procurement system.
