Bio
John Nowicki
I worked with Joe at Coin Mechanism Inc. for over 8 years. During that time he taught me very good engineering practices. He taught me to look at engineering from different angles (manufacturing, lead times of parts, reliability, and many more). We would brainstorm on different ideas so we can find the best solution for the problem. Joe was also very easy to talk to and never made me feel uncomfortable. It was a pleasure working with Joe. I highly recommend him for a leadership position.

Joe Ferrantelli and I have worked together closely in two companies. Most recently we were colleagues. Joe is an excellent engineering manager. He has consistently remained current with emerging technologies and is able to motivate talented and creative engineers to work as an interdisciplinary team that produces excellent new products. Joe is also able to very effectively communicate with customers, both at the technical and commercial level. He is the type of engineer who can explain complex technical issues at every level of his organization as well as within the customer’s organization. At Coin Controls he was a very effective liaison with the parent company’s technical team in the UK while building a US-based product development group. At Coin Mechanisms he not only managed a stand alone R&D effort, but also managed the US component of joint development projects with his counterpart in the UK. Joe is experienced and very hard working with excellent judgment. In addition to his professional training, he brings a dimension to his work that is based on common sense. I recommend him without reservation.
