I met Joe as we were seeking a location for our daughter's wedding reception. After a previous vendor broke our contract just months before the May 2015 event, I signed up with Joe to use the Monarch Room. Long story short, it was a very positive experience all the way around. Joe went above and beyond both to reassure us after our earlier bad experience and then delivered exactly what he promised and more. The facility itself was a great venue. Even more, Joe and his son Josh were wonderful to work with. I appreciate and value both their integrity and their attention to customer service.
