Not all leaders are created equal. Joe is not only a great leader, but he is also a teacher and a mentor. I had the privilege of working under his leadership, and learned a lot from him. He is the first person in the office and the last to leave everyday. He brings the best out of everyone, and always has an ear for new ideas. He is not only a role model to young leaders, but a perfect example of what great leadership should be on any level.
